In this case, we need the Credit Card Authorization form filled and signed by the Credit Card Holder with the Copy of front and back side of the CC and Photo ID at least 1 week prior to the arrival. Credit Card Auth. Form can be downloaded from http://macrover.com/CCAuth.pdf and after completing the form, it has to be faxed to Toll Free 1-888-622-2968. Please be sure to fax the CC Auth. form, failure to do so will convert the reservation in a Non Guaranteed Reservation. |

When will you charge my credit card? |

When you make the reservation, we will charge your credit card in total. Check the cancellation policy of the hotel for refunds. You do not need to pay at the hotel, but you may be asked to present a credit card for incidentals at the hotel. |
